Terms & Conditions

1.  Promoter

The promoter is Irish Radio Melbourne (broadcast on 3ZZZ, 309 Albert St, Brunswick) VIC, Australia.

2.  Eligibility

Entry is open to current financial members of Irish Radio Melbourne.

New members who apply to join Irish Radio Melbourne during the promotion period are also eligible.

Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and reside in Australia.

3.  How to Enter

Eligible members are automatically entered into the draw.

No purchase beyond membership and no additional entry form is required.

4.  Promotion Period

The promotion opens on 23 January 2026 and closes at 11.55PM on 1 February 2026.

5.  Prize

Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) double pass to an Irish Film Festival screening in Melbourne.

Prize value is determined by the Irish Film Festival.

Tickets are subject to the Irish Film Festival’s terms and conditions, including session availability.

6. Draw Details

Winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on 2 February 2026 at 3ZZZ 309 Albert St, Brunswick, VIC, Australia.

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified directly via the contact details held in the membership database within [X] days of the draw.

Winners may also be announced on air and via Irish Radio Melbourne social media (first name only, unless otherwise agreed).

8. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 5 days, the promoter reserves the right to redraw.

9. General

The prize is not transferable, refundable, or redeemable for cash.

Irish Radio Melbourne reserves the right to verify membership eligibility and to cancel or amend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.

Personal information will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and in accordance with Irish Radio Melbourne’s privacy practices.
