The Newport Fiddle & Folk Club is excited to announce two Flute & Whistle Workshops with acclaimed musician Rennie Pearson. Rennie has had over 20 years of immersion in Irish, Scottish and Maritime Canadian music, and teaches in a way that connects players to the heart of the tradition.

Workshops will be on Saturday 26th July from 1:00 – 3:30 p.m. and on Saturday 9th August from 1:00 – 2:20 p.m. Both workshops will be held at Mechanics Hall, 13/15 Mason St. in Newport. The cost is $40 for Folk & Fiddle Club members and $50 for non-members.
